Dear Lisa,
Loving One, I'm praying for much better sleep for you. I haven't been
sleeping very good lately, either.
I got up during the night and I could hear something in my ears. It was
like a high pitched tone, and it was strange. I couldn't find anything
going on down stairs, so I new it was in my ears, and I went back to bed
and just layed there and thought about everything.
My heart pounds a lot at night, and I hate that.
Many lovings and squeezings for you.
Love and Blessings,
Pat Ferguson
