Hi Mike,

The following is a revised version of the instructions for doing this from
the HTX-202 Manual, which is in icanworkthisthing.com.  I hope this helps.

1. In VFO mode, (D button on keypad), enter frequency and other parameters
desired in the channel.

2. Press Function and rotate Tune until P1, P2, or P3 appears to the left of
the entered frequency, or, press B button on keypad, and digit 1, 2, or 3 to
select the desired priority channel.

3. Press Function plus Memory Wrrite (C button on keypad), and hold for one
second.

4. To change anything in a priority channel, select the channel, go to VFO,
and enter the change, return to Priority, and press Function plus C, and
hold for one seconmd.

The manual for the HXT-202 is in icanworkthisthing.com.  Just remember that
you can use the keypad to select memory channels, (even priority channels)
rather than using the Tune knob.
