Hi,

PDF files can be made accessible, but often are not. This is because few
know how to do this, and the support from Adobe is insufficient. Usually,
it is recommended to se other file formats instead of PDF. For example, it
is often recommended to use an alternative file format when providing PDF
files on a web site.
