That's the best descriptive name I can come up with! Recently I have had several clients searching for a mouse that would enable the teacher/adult to disable the mouse so that it does *not* respond no matter how many times it is clicked. Yes, these are all for children with autism who are perseverating on the mouse click itself or on a particular item on the screen.
There are a number of switch *adapted* mice availabe, where a switch click is converted to a mouse click. RJ Cooper has offered to adapt a SAM to be a SIM, which is very much appreciated. I thought I'd do one more check, though, to see if there was an off-the-shelf mouse available.
