I was hoping the point about early humans being obese would not be
singled out among the other things I was asking!  But never mind- seems
like fat is a big topic here.

Thomas, I am puzzled.  Is it actually harder to over-eat on fat than I
thought?  I thought that a 70/30 fat/protein diet would enable you to
eat excess calories quite easily.  And if excess fat isn't stored, what
happens to it?
