Kristina,

This may or maynot apply to you but I'll throw it out. Are you sure your
saturated fats are high enough? I've had to raise mine higher to deal with
hormonal issues from menopause. (I know you're younger but this is
addressing hormonal issues in general).  I also recently added a 2-3
tablspoons (90,000Iu of vit A) of high vit cod liver oil/day and my energy
has shot through the ceiling. I'm going to stay at this level for a few
months then drop it down to about 30,000IUs. Since I eat extremely well I
would have thought my vit A was fine but evidently not based on my new
energy level.

It might be worth raising your sat. fats and see how it goes. The ND I'm
working with said to think in terms of 3g fat/1g protien.
