I have a Dell Dimension 8300 with a combo CD / DVD re-writer. Lately when I've tried to record a cd all I get is a buzz on the cd.  I've tried different cds and different recording programs but no luck.  The DVD burner is working ok and the sound quality of the DVDs is fine.  I've tried cleaning the device but nothing seems to be making a difference.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
