Adding to the below, Boot to Safe Mode. More Accounts will be
listed there if you are using the Welcome Screen... (I believe...)
As in all things, it may depend on certain settings and --- YMMV...
For anyone else (a running system is required) that wants to see
some of the other users (and the "hidden" users & Admins) on their
system, one way is to run the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer,
