Hi
Comp Usa has an ATX power supply tester for $15-20.00 that will tell you
which voltages are working and which are not.
Cyberguys.com has one that tells you if it is just good or not $13. I
like the comp usa one better, but it is easier to break (plastic)
A person with a volt-ohm-meter with common sense and some knowledge can
do the same thing.
Best is a very subjective term. It depends what YOU are looking for to
be BEST about it.
Thanks and have a Great Day!

Is there a meter to check, if a power supply is working correctly. Who
sales them and how much?
I don't need a huge power supply. Just say 350 watt that is very
dependable. What is the best brands? PowMax,Just 4 PC, Avus,Chieftec
ETC?
