I am not sure if any of my symptoms I am having are from the parasite or
not. And I won't know until I get rid of it.

Your point is well taken and I don't think you are being unkind, however, I
don't think it's quite as simple as you put it. For one, my BMI is not 18 -
I wish. Two, I am a pastor's wife and have a full time job on top of it.
Sleeping 8 hours a night would be awesome, but that's just not always
possible. While I would love to just wait it out, I have a job to hold down
and if supplements help me to feel better so that I can make it to work,
then I feel I have no other option and it's better than taking medication. I
wish I could quit my job and focus on getting healthier but if I do, I
certainly won't be buying grass fed beef and organic vegetables. It's hard
enough to afford them with both of us working.

While I know that supplements are not paleo, neither is sitting in traffic
every morning and every night and the resulting stress, or sitting at a desk
all day, or having had a hysterectomy and functioning with only one ovary,
having remnants of an eating disorder, being tempted with low carb bars,
cereals and ice cream in the cabinet/freezer (my husband likes them), and
the list goes on.
