I have a yogurt culture from Greece that a friend gave me 12 years ago. I
make yogurt everyday using organic half & half. I add one tablespoon of
the yogurt to 8 ounzes of creme and let it sit covered about 8 to 10
hours. After that I put it in the fridge and the next day I have creme
fraiche. (I guess any culture could work.)
