Have a Gateway G6-300 computer, still using Win 98, with IE 6, and
Netscape 7.1.
Computer clock progressively slows as the usage or day goes. Now it is
45 minutes slow, at 12:17 am. A new lithium battery in the motherboard
did not change the slowing clock.
System resourses are now at 70% free---User resourses are at 70% free
,--- and GDI resourses are at 78% free., with 4 windows open, and a
slow clock.
This computer is shut down each night, and the odd part is, that
when it restarts the next morning the time is correct. !!!
Does anyone have a possible solution or explaination as to this odd
occurrance?
Thanks--- John Sowders
