I eat six eggs each morning. This holds me through to supper usually,
with only a snack of meat in the afternoon. I keep my own hens,
supplementing occasionally with store-bought eggs.

I take my own food, meat, jerky, nuts, fruit, or cajole restaurants
into giving me what I want. I am boggled by the prospect of visiting
carbo-ingrained cultures at this point, though.
