Excuse the pun, Rich, but that's a pretty tall order.  By definition, a
small antenna is a compromise on lower frequencies, and if you use traps to
get the antenna to resonate, there goes broad bandedness.  For your sake, I
hope you can find the antenna you want, but I think you have a long search
ahead of you.
