hello ward, nice to hear from you again.
to be precise, it was six months back in 1994, but nothing serious, one day
raw food and the next pizza, etc. this last year i just ate crap freely, but
almost never too much. of course any crap is too much if you look at it from
healthy eating.

i see i did not say it clearly. my family think i am "sick and obsesed and
confused about food again" as soon as i cut all crap and stick to raw food,
be it for a day or for a week. when i am eating pizza and ice cream with
them, everything is fine. even more, they are happier.
It's possible those close to you who are

i am with you all the way. just to make it more clear, i rarely eat too much
food. in general i just eat the way i used to eat before getting into raw
food, only that maybe now i would eat more crap than before, and the very
negative factor of knowing that what you are eating is harmful.

i donīt.
Have you considered

i am working with a psychologist and i had told her repeatedly about all
this, that i am weak physically and eating crap, but she sees addictions
from an emotional point of view, they are to cope with something else, and
that is what i am working on to solve with her.
my idea is to solve my emotional health and keep learning about health and
at some point simply like many of you do, it is not so difficult, after all,
eat in some way, whether all raw, all vegan, raf, cooked, juice, etc. and
live my life and mostly forget about food. one of the worst things
emotionally for me is the incredible time and energy devoted to "food". of
course for conventional eaters all this interest in food seems crazy!
thanks for your interest, ward.
