I'd be very surprised if this were true. Amy's soy pizza has casein in it,
not whey.

This is a truly important distinction for some people. The pizza is still
lactose-free if it contains casein. Whey would be a problem for LI people,
however.

In general, many soy cheeses contain casein because it makes the "cheese"
melt and stretch like real milk cheese. I don't know of any soy cheeses that
contain whey. All soy cheeses should be OK for people who are LI.
