No, Anthony, there are not always work arounds.  We are much more limited in
our choices of ham equipment due to accessibility alone.

Maybe a sighted person would have access to the P.L. tone maybe not, but
they certainly have a wider choice of radios, web sites Etc. than we have.
Sometimes it takes accommodations to make the playing field more level.  73.
