Hi Anthony,
Tell me about the TH-G71A. Is it a duel-band or tri-band? Is it about the
same size as the TH-F6A? I like my 6A, but it doesn't seem to get out very
far or receive as well with the rubber duck as some of the other HT's I've
had. Is it about the same price as the 6A? This is the first I've heard of
this radio, but I really haven't been paying much attention to new radios
since I got the 6A.
Thanks for any info.

Subject: WELL, I HOPE THIS ANSWERS EVERYONE'S QUESTION!!!
Hi Everyone;
I own both the KENWOOD TH-F6A and the ICOM T90A.
We can argue all day about which radio is more accessible and so forth.
However, I have never had any trouble with my T90A.
I bought the ICOM rapid charger and a w&w spare battery.
The radio works just as good as the day I purchased it.
That being said, I would vote hands down for the KENWOOD TH-G71A.
The radio is both accessible and rugged and the audio quality is second to
none.
I also bought the KENWOOD rapid charger for the 71A and two spare batteries
from w&w.
I hope this helps.

PS. If this F6 should go bad, I don't believe I'll replace it.
