I don't understand. Is there a mic level adjustment in windows that has
no effect on the mic? If I access it from
accessories/entertainment/volume control/properties/recording or from within
echolink under tool/adjust volume/recording or from any other soundcard
program that allows level adjustment, it always takes me to the same place.
