I keep forgetting to call the techs 800 # during the day; too busy and
away from pc in question. And the day I received the drive, I dumped
180GB to it via firewire from mini-dv and my media machine. Firewire
hasn't worked since "ejecting" drive via taskbar, then powering down the
unit. I am dreading having to back up all of this data to other media.
