Jeff,

If you don't have trouble receiving other UHF stations, that station may be
overloading the front end of the receiver.  Try turning on the attenuator
(Function + Monitor).  If that doesn't fix the problem, it's probably the
radio's insensitivity on that part of the spectrum.  I think I remember
hearing that the radio has very non-uniform sensitivity in the UHF TV band.
