Used to be, here, only a couple repeaters used a PL, but as time goes on,
now there are only a couple that don't and I hear for 1 it's being
suggested. As I've traveled through CT, and NY and all over the years, it
seems like they all have a PL there though I haven't been on a CT repeater
in over a year now and that was for 2 minutes, it's been years since I've
had a real conversation on one.
