Hi listmates,
First, I DID check the archives .... but I need more info.

All of the ice cream recipes I read in the archives were rather vague.  My daughter's birthday party is Saturday and I am thinking about making an ice cream cake.  Would someone mind taking the time to email me very clear instructions on making my own ice cream cake?  I have never made one before and need to be walked through it.
