Response from a Customer Service Rep at Moe's Southwest Grill.....

"Thanks for getting in touch with us.   Due to the high demand from our
customers, we are experimenting with a gluten free menu that has not made
its way into every Moe's yet.  Once we get the results we will figure out
the proper course of action to insure everyone's safety and announce that
Moe's food is gluten free.   It should not be very long.   Thanks for your
patience in this matter."
