Hi all!
I was wondering if any of you have severe moodiness after ingesting
gluten... I am beginning to find that if I accidentally eat something, my
stomach no longer bothers me as badly, however my emotions run more and
more wild. I find that it usually begins about 24 hours after ingesting
the gluten and than lasts for approx 3 days. Does this sound familiar to
anyone else? If so, how do you handle it?
I am beginning my masters and law school in just under three weeks and I am
concerned about what will happen if I do eat something during that time...
I think I'll have enough on my plate without this added stress! The other
thing during this time frame is my lack of ability to concentrate... on
anything.
