Which is better for Celiacs - Calcium Carbonate or Calcium Citrate? I
always thought citrate was better but a nutritionist at my workplace recently put
out the statement that "calcium carbonate contains 40% elemental calcium and
that this is the best calcium supplement to take." She also pointed out that
calcium citrate contains only 21% elemental calcium. I will summarize. Thanks
for your input. Jane in Maryland
