I see nothing in the Bible that forbids eating meat or that commands us to
eat bread.  Perhaps you can e-mail me privately to show me where the Bible
promotes a vegan diet for fallen mankind.

They would have been eating whole, unadulterated grains that probably would
have damaged them less.  Also, they would not have destroyed their bodies
with years of processed garbage called food nowadays.

Works for me.  But I do have a theological problem -
two of them, really, with the paleo diet.  With any
diet excluding grains, actually.

The minor problem is that as an Orthodox Christian, approximately half the
time I am supposed to eat no animal  products at all - strictly vegan.

And the other problem is that if bread is bad for us,
what becomes of all the symbolism where it is
conceived as something good?
