Wayne > No, We are not big into measuring. I certainly eat at least twice the protien Rosedale would recommend for a man of my weight. At 6'2" and 175, I am really more impressed by the improvements in energy, strength, and stamina that keeps me eating this way. I did lose 20 lbs to get down to this weight over a three month period but my weight is pretty stable and has been for months.
At 5'9" and 148, I am not interested in losing much more weight either. The reason I watch the protein intake is that my last "hurdle" is my blood glucose, which has been hovering around 90. By remaining in ketosis, I hope to kill off the last remaining bit of insulin resistance causing that number to stay in the medium high range. It's about time for my yearly blood test -- should be interesting.
