    I can't remember all the details about fish - those you can get at
Mercola's site. There are 2 basic generalities, however:
1)    Farm-raised fish tend to be fed grains.
2)    Many deep-sea fish face the problem of having mercury incorporated
into their flesh - thanks to our tendency to throw what we consider trash
into the streams, which eventually ends up in the oceans.
