Hi, Judy,

Welcome!  I agree with Maddy on this.  Cook for yourself.  That's what I do,
and if you don't make a big deal out of it, they likely won't.  And they
will never know (at least for a pretty good while) that they're being
"deprived" of something at mealtimes.  Let them eat as they wish the rest of
the time and don't press the issue with "Thou shalt not's."   Stifle any
urge to announce "From now on we're going to/not going to......"  You might
be surprised at some changes they will make over time if you don't bash them
around over how bad their diet is.  I never would have thought my dh would
make some of the changes he has.  The kids, though, are not quite as
evolved.  Sigh.
