it is not that instinctive regulation is completelly inoperant when foods
are mixed or denatured ( cooked or other ) but it is clearly ( for the ones
who have experience in playing the game ) confusing to say the least and
surelly leading to surcharge ( too much of one food ) and unbalanced eating
( too much of one food and nor enough of others )
one dash of salt or olive oil on a tomatoe will allow you to experience
pleasure beyond the naturally occuring change of taste ( when the tomatoe
is eaten on its own ) .
i even go farther that the instincto guidelines as taught by burger , in the
context of domesticated foods the instinctive regulation that occur by sense
of taste and smell alone is missleading the body toward unbalanced eating
( too much fruit being the most obvious ).
the nose and mouth barrier is one among many others that regulate the intake
of foods . accessibility coeficient of foods is one also very important in
the wild

animal fat eaten intinctivelly ( especially saturated ) give a very clear
signal when the body needs are met , from fuild and melting they becomes
pasty and unswallowable . heating it bypass this barrier and allow you to
eat way more than you will be able to eat raw .raw fats are at their best
when still warm from the freshlly killed animal .
