you just rebalanced you blood sugar . high domesticated fruits intake are
very disturbing of the blood glucose .I have experinec in it .

it is expected that whole protein rich rye ( is it ?) and especially
proteins and fats rich dairy will help to reduced sugar intake .
the thing is , you could do way better by getting at least 50 percent
animals lot of vegetables some nuts and few fruits .
in the long run rye and dairy especially if pasteurised will shows their
toll.don't compare modern rye and dairy with the swiss high lands rye and
spring butter and cheese . the mountain are known to produce very nutrients
dense plants . I raised horses free range in the mountains and they choose
to go all the the way up 2 500 metres high on the rodge to graze on very
short gras rather than staying at lower elevations with tall grasses.
