I have known and seen dieticians which are overweight. In fact when a friend of mine chose to have bariatric surgery one of the persons she spoke sith was a nutritionist who had had the surgery.

I've been to plenty of dietitians in my life and I have *never* seen one
that was overweight. I've seen a few on TV, too, and never seen an
overweight one. I've also never heard one admit to having lost, or having
needed to lose, weight in her past.
