I've eaten skins from both wild and farmed salmons. I don't remember any
differences in taste. My guess is that farmed is unhealthy and wild is
okay. I no longer eat farmed fish after hearing some pretty disturbing
things about it. Fish skins in general (the ones I've eaten) have been
tasty.
