yes i had okay gums till a dental hygienist found it was a good idea to
clean my teeths mechanically she went underneath the gums scraping plaque
( before that i had never had teth cleaning done ). since then my gums have
never been able to heal, not sticking to the teeths anymore ,and because
of that i think i am arboring lot of pathogenic bacterias in my mouths that
create cavities after cavities .
i have also learned to brush my teeths hard and i think it is not good at
all .
