Hi --
I deal with the (occasional) deluge of mail from this list by getting it
in digest form.  THat means that I get one, single (longer) email, no more
than once a day, rather than lots and lots of emails.  You can get the
list in digest form by sending an email to
        [log in to unmask]
with the following line as the only contents:
        SET NO-MILK DIGEST

I hope this helps out some of you.  I, personally, don't find the allergy
(but not milk allergy) messages to be a problem now that I get the list
in digest form.  They tend to be partially milk-related anyway, and the
range of problems that people have is quite instructive.  I'm glad my
family has lesser issues!
