I am so allergic to Dairy (severe eczema) that I waited a long time to introduce my
daughter to it. But when she was about 15 months old, we started to give her some cheese.
At first she was ok, and LOVED mozzerella, so we stupidly let her have a lot of it.
Next thing you know she had a horrible outbreak of eczema (first time she had eczema)
all over her face and arms and legs. So we took her off dairy, and soy and berries to be safe.
Three months later when we finally got in to see a pediatric allergist, he says she is allergic to
none of the above. Could it really just be a coincidence that it was right after we introduced milk?
