Some time ago I asked how many parents have their children blood-tested
annually, and to my chagrin I just realized I forgot to summarize the
results. I received about 10 responses, and most of the people who
responded do test annually. Some said their doctors made it their option
(i.e., didn't necessarily recommend it). I guess that I still do not
intend to re-test at this point, because we have a high degree of control
over what our daughter eats, at this point in her life, and I don't think
realisitically that we could get any more gluten-free than we are (since
we are not willing to live on nuts and berries!). We may change our minds
at some point in the future if we have reason to mistrust her GF status.
