Andy,
Lynn & I have had the THF6A radios since they first became available & are very happy with them. If you decide to get one, there is text documentation available & we would be more than happy to talk to you about the radio as well.
Shirley

Hi list,

Well, after 14 years of trusty service, my YAESU FT 470 is showing signs of
terminal disease. i have seen the Kenwood THF6-a and am impressed with
it. i believe that Icom has a comparable model. Is there a source of
accessible documentation for either of these radios? otherwise, what do
people think about them?

Andy
