Hi Charlie,
I one time answered a question from a girl in Australia. "What's so bad
about a skunk?" I have never considered, what is a preamble? I just
accepted it as something that was. I will give it a shot. A preamble is a
list of items that will be covered during the net. It just covers when,
where and why the net is being called. is am sure others will be more
eloquent. 73
