At risk of being boring about plugging my favourite old program,
Turbolog, it has the facility for setting up and printing labels for QSL
cards directly from the log database.

a windows version will be available very soon, and I know that the
authors have been liaising with GW Micro regarding interface with screen
readers.

i haven't yet, however, had a look at it.
