Kenwood TH-F6A, Icom ICT90A, those are the best 2 by far, beyond that most
of them are pretty accessible the only thing is setting up PL tones on most
radios is hard to impossible if you can't see with out the software but with
the 2 radios I listed above, both of which I have and have used with in the
last 24 hours, you can do it.
