Hi.
Have you checked to see if increasing mic gain brings the power up. Your
mic may simply be under-driving that radio. If your mic gain is full up,
and you still aren't getting a lot of output, you might want to try a
different mic. If you still aren't getting a lot of output, I would
question whether or not there is a problem with the radio.
