    Walt:

The meter comes with two modules--an HF module that covers 80 through 10
meters, and a VHF module that covers 6 and 2 meters.

Although I haven't learned everything about the meter yet, my understanding
is that it can take and give actual power measurements for the HF
frequencies, but not the VHF frequencies. I don't know why this is, and I
haven't actually tried the power function yet, but that's my understanding.

Hope this helps at least a little.
