Well, I do things differently now. I eat only at night. So I fast all
day. The food, whatever it is, tastes incredible. I am no longer bored
at all. I do "cheat" regularly, more than most people on this list, but
it bothers me less now that I eat only one BIG meal at night. That has
cured my boredom with food problem pretty much completely. And I think
it is far healthier than eating several meals during the day.
I try to eat as much as I can so I have fun eating lots of different
things and feeling full, and the next day I am clear headed and have a
constant energy level and mental alertness pretty much throughout the
day. I am sharp. At night I get to eat, eat eat until I am completely
satiated. This has worked well for me and conquered the boredom problem
completely.
