However, I have very little interest in endurance exercise. My main interest
is in strength training, which is anaerobic in nature. I seem to recall that
the whole craze for aerobics was based on the idea that aerobic exercise uses
fat as its primary fuel source, whilst anaerobic exercise uses glycogen. This
certainly seems to be my experience.
