Not sick of anything yet.  I'm particularly enjoying the sweet potato with
dinner.  Normally I don't eat many starches.  I've not yet eaten everything
on the vast <g> list and probably won't eat the white potato or rice.  I'm a
little afraid of the grapes and watermelon because past experience tells me
when I start I can't stop eating them.  Haven't eaten banana either.  I'll
get around to trying all the combinations.  Honestly, with the fruit I am
eating I'm surprised that I've had no carb cravings at all.  There can be no
doubt that I'm eating fewer calories, but this very seasoned low carber
finds the meager diet to be very satiating.  And I feel fine, am sleeping
well, and am not hungry between meals.

The termites would be more nutritious than the wood.  :-)
