Most scanners on the market today can do that, mine even has the weather
alarm system, if there's a storm coming it will sound an alarm, very good
for people in FL lately I hear, and also great for some one in skywarn which
I'm starting out in now. I just have to go to a training and those are in
the spring but beyond that, my name is out there and I do help when/where I
can.
