Heads-up for those who use the On the Border corn chips: though they are on the Delphi list as one of the very few items with no chance of cross-contamination, they are now made with canola oil.
Some people maintain that canola oil is a Russian Roulette, as it is grown in fallow wheat fields, just as oats are.
I do not need to hear from the many, many folks who eat canola with no problems, but would be interested in a response from those who benefited from eliminating canola. The separate allergy argument is valid, but with reactions identical to gluten, it seems more like a cross-contaminated product to me.
