East TN GIG & Changing Lifestyles, LLC have printed and delivered the GF menus for all the Carrabbas restaurants in TN. I also talked to the manager in Knoxville personally and he was very eager to work with the celiac community. He donated 2 dinners for two for the silent auction for our fundraising picnic, next Saturday.
